Get answers to common questions about Foot Reflexology-Poultice Treatment.

You’ll receive a brief consultation, gentle reflexology to identify tension points, then a warm poultice applied to affected areas. The combination soothes pain, reduces inflammation, and includes a short rest period to maximize absorption and healing.

As an add-on, treatments usually last 20–30 minutes. If paired with a full reflexology or massage service, the total time can extend to 45–60 minutes. We’ll tailor duration to your needs and the condition being treated.

Most clients tolerate it well, but we screen for contraindications. Not recommended for open wounds, severe circulatory issues, recent fractures, or certain skin allergies. Pregnant clients should consult their doctor. We’ll advise safe modifications during booking.

Wear comfortable, loose footwear and avoid heavy lotions on your feet. Come prepared to discuss medications, allergies, or recent injuries. Arrive 5–10 minutes early for a quick consultation so we can customize the poultice blend.

The natural blend may have a gentle herbal aroma that many find soothing. Our poultices are formulated to minimize staining; we also protect clothing and footwear. Inform us of fragrance sensitivities so we can adjust the formula.

For acute discomfort, one to three sessions often bring measurable relief. Chronic conditions typically benefit from a short series of 4–6 sessions spaced weekly or biweekly. We’ll monitor progress and recommend a personalized maintenance plan.
