Most removal appointments last 30 to 45 minutes, depending on extension volume and adhesive strength. Heavily bonded sets may take longer. Our technicians work patiently and carefully to ensure complete removal without stressing your natural lashes.
When performed correctly, removal will not damage natural lashes. We use professional solvent and precise isolation to dissolve adhesive, avoiding forceful tugging. If you follow aftercare and visit trained technicians, your natural lashes will remain healthy and intact.
Please arrive with minimal eye makeup. Light mascara or non-waterproof makeup should be removed beforehand if possible. Heavy waterproof formulas can inhibit adhesive dissolution and may require extra time; we can assist with safe cleansing during your appointment if needed.
Avoid oil-based products and waterproof makeup for 24 hours before your appointment. Bring any allergies or prior lash history to our attention. Arriving with clean eyelids helps speed the process and reduces irritation during removal.
We generally recommend waiting at least one to two weeks before reapplying extensions to allow natural lashes to recover and any irritation to subside. Your technician will assess lash health and suggest the safest timeline based on your individual lashes.
After removal avoid oil-based products and rubbing your eyes for 24 to 48 hours. Use a gentle lash cleanser and avoid heavy eye makeup for a few days. Follow any personalized recommendations from your technician to support lash strength and healthy regrowth.
