We recommend avoiding showers, swimming, or vigorous exercise for at least six to eight hours to allow the tan to develop. When you do shower, use lukewarm water and a gentle cleanser, pat dry, and moisturize to extend results.

Newly sprayed skin can transfer until it fully develops. Most formulas become transfer-resistant within six to twelve hours. Wear dark, loose clothing after your appointment and sleep on dark sheets the first night to prevent any potential staining.
